Indeed! It could simply be solve with UX writing which we did implement in the new changes. However the banner were meant to get their attention and there were also multiple banners in place. Without guidance of arrows (and page dots), users did not know that they can actually swipe around different banners.

Also, we increased the size of banner so as to grab more attention on it compared to previously where most attention was elsewhere. The banner is meant to show most recent announcements, promotions, etc.
